En planta baja con porche y un amplio jardín privado. Muy soleado con orientación sur/este, muy adecuado para todos los meses del año. Aire acondicionado frío/calor en salón y dormitorio, Wifi gratuito en apartamento y zonas comunes, SmartTV. Parking opcional sujeto a disponibilidad con costo adicional.

Form of Payment

30 % when booking by deposit or bank transfer. The rest is due upon delivery of the apartment.

Cancellation fees

Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100 % of the down payment.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the payment.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, 20 % of the down payment.
