Extraordinary apartment fully furnished and equipped. It has a large living room with two rooms, 2 sofa beds, a bedroom with a 1.80 double bed and a built-in wardrobe, a full bathroom with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware and cooking utensils). It is a GROUND FLOOR with a private porch and washing machine area, very cool and appropriate for the summer months. Hot/cold air conditioning in living room. Free Wifi in apartment and common areas. Parking spaces within the urbanization.

Way to pay:
30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
